Library Chair

A low-back Windsor-style chair inspired by one of John Brown’s “Welsh stick chairs,” one he called a library chair. It’s comfortable enough to keep me happy working at a desk all morning but not so slouchy as to let me fall asleep. And it has attitude. It aspires to more than Zoom meetings, I think. Maybe the scriptorium of an castle, set before a cozy fire, pulled up to a table of ancient maps, searching for lost treasure? Who knows what chairs dream of?
